Excellent! Although it is a bit pricey, I discovered this prebiotic through a YouTube ranking of top brands and decided to give it a go. After just one box, I felt my symptoms, including bone pain, have decreased. I used to suffer from bloating and stomach pain too, which have almost vanished after using this prebiotic. This is one of the best probiotics available. Culturelle is one of the few brands that provides the CFU on the packet. Since this strain is well-studied, I have faith in its effectiveness. I notice a significant difference in the inflammation and bone pain in my descending colon when I take it, and it also helps keep me regular, so I know it’s working.
